A reminder

Have you sat in silence lately? 

 Even if the full act of meditation isn't your thing, taking some time to just sit in silence, giving the universe (for me my angels and God)  the opportunity to tell us something we need to know.

I've posted before about the power of meditation and science just keeps finding ways to back up what "new agers" have been saying all along.  Now scientists say that those who meditate tend to have better brain power over time and less dementia.

Silly scientists. They need to just accept that letting God talk to us is a boost to brain power, to dreams, to plans, to......... But again, even if you don't commit to the act of meditation, a moment or two of pure silence -listening to the sounds around you, feeling and hearing your breath, eyes closed.
